Chiropody | Podaitry in the Isle of Man

Podiatry, also known as chiropody, is the diagnosis and treatment by podiatrists of diseases and disorders of the feet. A podiatrist also has a role in the prevention and correction of foot deformity, keeping people mobile and active, the relief of specific pain and the treatment of infection of the foot. Whilst available within the NHS it is also offered on a private basis. It is not, strictly speaking, known as a complementary therapy.
