MoreColon Hydrotherapy [also known as Colonic Irrigation] can be likened to an internal bath of warm filtered water. It helps cleanse the colon of accumulated faecal matter, mucoid deposits, gas and toxins. It is conducted by a trained practitioner who introduces filtered water at regulated temperature into the rectum. With special massage techniques the water begins to soften any deposits and cleanse the colon of faecal matter which is piped away with the waste water. Many conditions may respond well to Colonic Hydrotherapy including constipation, bloating, flatulence, diverticulitis, IBS, Candida and intestinal parasites. Some other conditions may also well respond well to the general cleansing of toxins and old accumulated faecal matter.
